If your customer ever complains about the quality of a Flowerfete product they will be refunded in full, sent a letter of apology and receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of bouquets you receive, your goods will be collected and replaced without fuss or charge.

You are supported by 10 service commitments. If you are ever dissatisfied simply give us the opportunity to address the issue. If we do not do so to your complete satisfaction, then we will donate £50 to the charity of your choice as a thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.

1. You will not be made promises that cannot be kept and all commitments made will be honoured absolutely.
2. You will be treated courteously, with respect and in a friendly professional manner at all times and all your dealings with us will be treated as confidential.
3. When you write, phone, fax or e-mail, you’ll always be responded to in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
4. As a business partner you can expect frequent and open communication as lifetime business relationships are built with you.
5. You have guaranteed support and help 365 days a year. Our team is experienced, well trained and ready to help you.
6. It is recognised that you are the ‘complete judge of our performance’ and that your perception is always the reality.

8. If you are ever let down by another supplier, Flowerfête will work with you supporting you and your business to get back on track.
9. You can rely on any complications or delays affecting your delivery to be sorted out immediately.
10. Your feedback will be regularly sought and seen as critical to continuously improving the levels of service you receive.
